Fall Harvest Festival

TOWN OF ISLIP APPLE FESTIVAL - Saturday October 4th (rain date Sunday October 5) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Islip Grange, Montauk Highway & Broadway Avenue., Sayville. Enjoy this spectacular free fair which has the flavor of an old time harvest festival.  Craft and Merchandise Vendors, Local Business’s and a Farmers Market will be available for a day of shopping along with a variety of Food Vendors. A Family Carnival, Continuous Entertainment, and many free hands on exhibitors will be available for everyone to enjoy!

Arts Below Sunrise Music and Arts Festival

Strike Out Cancer

Please join the Anthony V. Mannino Foundation to support young adults in their fight against cancer.  Adult admission is $25/person and $15/child under twelve who is accompanied by an adult.  It includes to hours of bowling and shoe rental.  There will be a Chines auction, 50/50 raffle and fun!  For more information call 917-378-8354.

Comedy For A Cause

Skydiving instructor Chris Scott was badly injured when he encountered a dust devil while performing a tandem jump with a student.  His student passed away and Chris, who is only 27-years old, is paralyzed from the neck down.  Help support the care he'll have to recieve with a night of laughs and raffle prizes.  Tickets are a $30 donation and will go directly to www.helpchrisscott.com

Ride For Toys For Tots

The Lost Nights & Tier Rats Law Enforcement Motorcycle Clubs are teaming up with Miller's Ale House Restaurants to help children in need.  The ride will start in Deer Park and end at Miller's Levittown Ale House with free lunch.  Riding is $10/person with a new, unwrapped toy (no stuffed animals, please) and $20/person with no toy.  Rain or shine.
